Concern over Civil Liberties
A number of prominent Democrats have expressed grave concern of the state of our civil liberties. The idea that we might have to balance civil libertiws while fighting a war against people who want to destroy us doesn;t seemed to have occurred to them.
However, as Tony Snow recently reminded us, there is presently an extremely important report bottled up by Dems in DC which discusses a most horrible series of assaults on freedom and civil liberties by a president who used the power of his office to exact terrible revenge upon his political opponents. And these assaults had nothing to do with defending our country.
Where are all those folks who want us to know how concerned they are about our liberty? Why won't they stand up for civil liberties and let us see the Barrett Report?

What's crazy, is that if the situation were reversed, somehow it would have been "leaked" to the ny times and there would be a 12 part series revealing all of the salacious details. keep up the good work man.
