A local reporter covering the rescue stayed in the briefing room of the mining company trying to get confirmation of the rumor that the men were alive. She couldn't get the confirmation. She stayed in the room, because that is where the news was. All the national news media rushed to the church where the families were emoting, because that is where the "story" was.

The only responsible journalist in the room followed the news. The MSM fools all followed the story.
