Help wanted -- adult needed to supervise

After shoving hundreds of billions of dollars out the door without even bothering to figure out how the money will be spent, Obama wants to convince us that he is serious about fiscal discipline. He wants to find a hundred million in cuts. Apparently this is his response to the tea parties.

Everett Dirksen is known for joking that "a billion here, a billion there and pretty soon it starts adding up to real money." He died forty years ago. Obama's paltry hundred million was a joke forty years ago. Today?

B.O. is well on his way to BO-zo.

Hubris

I'm still trying to figure out how failing as a community organizer gives one a sufficient background to serve as chief executive of the federal government, the banking industry, Wall Street, and the auto industry. Not to mention take over the entire health care industry. Oh, and save the planet.

Hubris. (On steroids).
