Once we might have said that their coverage was getting curiouser and curiouser. Sadly, life moves on and the evidence of incompetence and corruption piles higher and higher. The MSM's effort to make the Keystone Cops and the Three Stooges look efficient and effective by comparison reached new lows in 2005. "Feeding frenzy" doesn't quite capture it, does it? Perhaps when dealing with the MSM it would be more accurate to call it a "vomit frenzy" or a "diahhrea frenzy". Certainly more distasteful, but alas, more accurate.
